lib-src/makefile.w32-in (ALL): Add profile.exe.
(PROFILEOBJS): New macro.
($(BLD)/profile.exe): New target.
(install): Copy profile.exe.
($(BLD)/alloca.$(O), $(BLD)/tcp.$(O)): Remove, obsolete.
